In the Aeronautics and Space Cluster Association of the Basque Country, hereinafter “HEGAN”, we have changed our Data Protection Policy.

The essential aspects of our data processing procedures have not changed, but we have included more information so that you aware of all of the details.

What do we use your personal data for?

At HEGAN, we process your personal data in order to:

• Manage and administer the relationship established with suppliers, associates and employees.
• If you send us a query via our website or by any other means, we use your personal data to respond to your questions and queries.
• EIf you have provided us with your CV, we will use your data to include you in current and future selection processes.

In any case, you will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and you must inform us of any modification thereof, with HEGAN being exempt from any type of liability in this respect.

We will not create a “commercial profile” based on the information provided.

What are the legal grounds for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the following:

• Execution of a contract or pre-contract, in case you are our associate, employee or supplier.
• Express consent granted by the interested party for the processing of their data:
• When making a query through our website or via another medium.
• If you send us your curriculum vitae, through the website or email.

You have the right to withdraw any of the consents granted for the processing of your data at any time.

How long will we store your data for?

We will keep your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts. The data that you provide when making a query will be deleted within a maximum period of 2 years.

Your CV will be held for as long as a mutual interest exists in maintaining the purpose of the data processing. The CVs in this section of the job listings are incorporated and managed by you, and will be automatically deleted every six months.

If your relationship with HEGAN ends, your data will be deleted. However, we must keep them for the necessary time in order to comply with different legal obligations. For as long as your data is stored, they will remain blocked and we will not use them for any other purpose. Once the legal storage periods have elapsed, we will permanently delete your personal data.

Who will we send your data to?

Your data will be communicated to administrations, authorities and public bodies, including courts and tribunals, when necessary or as required by applicable regulations.

Your CV may be sent to other companies who are partners of the AERONAUTICS AND SPACE CLUSTER ASSOCIATION OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY.

Trusted suppliers of HEGAN will have access to your data, by means of developing our activity and providing you with the contracted services. These providers will process your data for the purposes indicated by HEGAN.

Transfers to other countries:

HEGAN does not transfer your data internationally.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

If you so require, HEGAN has forms for the execution of any of your rights. To request the corresponding form, you should contact us at the following email address: hegan@hegan.com, requesting the form template that you need.

When the processing is illegal, but you oppose the deletion of your data. When HEGAN does not need to process your data, but you need them to exercise or defend claims. When you have opposed the processing of your data for a mission of public interest or in order to satisfy a legitimate interest, while verifying if the legitimate reasons for said processing prevail over yours.
PORTABILITY	You will be able to receive the personal data that you have sent us and those received as a result of your contractual relationship with HEGAN, and will also be able to send them to other entities.
If you feel that we have not processed your personal data in accordance with the legal regulations, you can contact us via the aforementioned care channels. You can also file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es)
